Junior School hosts moving ANZAC service
The youngest members of the Scotch College community came together this morning in a moving ANZAC Day service. The event, held annually in the Junior School, was attended by students from Kindergarten to Year 5, teachers, Executive staff and parents.
After a welcome by the Junior School Captains, Head of Junior School, Mr John Stewart addressed the audience speaking directly to the boys about the spirit of the ANZAC's. What followed was a series of prayers, musical performances and a reverent moment of silence where the wreath of remembrance was placed at the foot of the flagpoles.
It was a lovely morning of remembrance and respect for our fallen ANZAC's and those who continue to fight for our country.
