Media

Students explore media that range from traditional forms to new and emerging multi-media technologies in :

• Film

• Internet

• Journalism

• Television

Students investigate, deconstruct and analyse the influence media has on the individual and society. They are encouraged to explore creative processes, designing and producing their own original media work that is enjoyed and appreciated by a range of audiences. Media is offered as a
course of study in Years 9 - 12. The study of media prepares students for a future in a digital and global world and provides a foundation for life long learning about the media.
