We offer our staff conditions above those outlined in the relevant employment awards, including 12.5 days of sick leave accrual per annum, eligibility to take long service leave after seven years of service, paid parental leave policy, a deferred salary scheme, staff discount policy on school fees (for permanent staff and maximum term contracts over 12 months only) and up to six gifted leave days per annum. We review staff salaries annually and offer opportunities to increase income with our extensive Co-Curricular programme.

If you're successful in gaining an interview, we'll be in contact. Otherwise, you'll hear from us once the recruitment process is completed.

If you're shortlisted, we'll invite you to attend an interview. Here you will meet an interview panel of two or three staff members and be asked to complete an interview task.

At this stage, we will request references, qualifications and statements of service.

If you're applying for a teaching position, you may be asked to conduct a lesson under supervision from members of the interview panel.

We will provide further information about your lesson before you reach this stage.

If required, we will move to second round interviews.

Final interviews may be conducted with the Headmaster.

If you're successful, you'll receive a verbal offer once pre-employment checks are completed.

A formal offer will follow alongside onboarding documents.

To be considered, you must:

• Have experience coaching or umpiring
• Be knowledgeable in the rules and regulations of the relevant sport
• Be able to provide guidance and support to our students positively and encouragingly
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Be available to work flexible hours
