We offer our staff conditions above those outlined in the relevant employment awards, including 12.5 days of sick leave accrual per annum, eligibility to take long service leave after seven years of service, paid parental leave policy, a deferred salary scheme, staff discount policy on school fees (for permanent staff and maximum term contracts over 12 months only) and up to six gifted leave days per annum. We review staff salaries annually and offer opportunities to increase income with our extensive Co-Curricular programme.
Staff have access to our extensive online resource catalogue including Press Reader, books, and e-resources. Teaching staff have access to an Apple MacBook and iPad, a suit of Educational applications (Apps) and professional development on how to use innovative technology in the classroom.
We value our staff members' health and wellbeing and offer first aid training, access to onsite nurses, flu vaccinations and skin checks. Our Contact Officers and Mental Health First Aid Officers are available for support, or you can access counselling with our Employee Assistance Programme.

A state-of-the-art campus
Situated on over 22 hectares, Scotch College is located in Swanbourne, the heart of Perth's western suburbs. Our immaculate grounds are within walking distance of the Swan River and Swanbourne Beach.
Our campus features a diverse range of infrastructure, from heritage-listed buildings to state-of-the-art facilities, coupled with bespoke furniture and awarded office spaces built by our on-campus Facilities team.
Situated fifty meters from Swanbourne Train Station and a short walk from Claremont Quarter, we're surrounded by grocery stores, cafes, and boutiques. You'll even receive 20% off your coffee at our local cafe, Cup & Co.
Learning doesn't stop at our Swanbourne campus; we have a picturesque Boat Shed at Freshwater Bay and a 66-hectare Outdoor Education Facility, Moray, located on the banks of the Murray River and amongst the Karri Forest in Dwellingup.
